Cancellation of Order
Product cancellation at “mrelectricals.in” is allowed within 12 hours of placing the order, To cancel the order, you need to call on 0124-4250072 or mail at info@mrelectricals.in with order number and your phone number. Each order cancellation will incur 5% handling amount or Rs. 300/- whichever is higher against your order, If the product has been dispatced to given address, total deducted amount will include the shipping charges.
Returning an Excess Ordered/ Wrong Ordered Item
To return the item which is not physically damaged/no parts or accessories are missing/not different from the product that was ordered, you have to make a call or mail to info@mrelectricals.in for return approval. When the return is approved, a credit note/reward points for the amount of returned item will be issued/given respectively that can be used to buy a new product or accrodingly your money can be refunded within 7 working days. All shipping charges for returning the product and resending new item in lieu will have to be paid by you in advance.
Returning Defective Item
In an unlikely event that any ordered product from our site is not in a good condition or defective or damaged or packaging is tampered or different from what was ordered, the item can be returned, in its original condition with original packaging, bill, price tag intact, warranty cards, user manual and accessories received with the product. All shipping charges will be borne by us. Our executive will provide you a receipt when receiving the product and you are advised to keep it for future use for Exchange of the product or returning the item, which will completely depend on stock availability.
