What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse, or misuse. Specific product warranty information can be found on the product support page.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once you confirm your order and complete the payment, you will get a confirmation email from M.R.ELECTRICALS. This email will include a unique order id, items you have selected, an approximate shipping date and the amount paid or to be paid on delivery.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop?

No. you can order products as a guest too. After clicking on the Checkout button you have to click at ‘Checkout as Guest’, and then fill-up the form and confirm your order. However, it’s useful to create an account to avoid repetitive filling of information, if you want to buy again in the future. Also all people who register for an account will get regular email updates on new products and special offers including discount coupons, from time to time.


What will be the shipping charges?

Shipping charges completely depend upon weight of the product and type of transportation. Surface transport is the mode used by us.100% of NCR PIN codes are serviced by us for surface transport.Any urgent Transportation charges are higher according to area but can be used for urgent shipping needs and is limited to the serviceability of logistics partners, therefore we cannot assure the delivery on the day defined as many factors may come in between, but we ensure 100% efforts from our side to serve you better in all means.

When will I get my order?

The estimated delivery time is 5 – 8 business days for surface transport and 2 days for air transport.

How will you deliver the parcel?
